Returns and Refunds:
Thank you for choosing Label It Labels! Please choose carefully when making your purchase, as we do not offer exchanges for change of mind. If you wish to return an item, please note that there is a 20% restocking fee for refunded items, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please note that refunds are not available for labels or items that have had labels pre-applied at your request. We also do not refund sale items or gift cards.
To receive a refund, you must submit a request within 10 working days of receiving your items. The goods must be returned in their original and perfect condition, with the original packaging, and customers are responsible for the postage costs to return the unwanted items.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to reach your bank or credit facilitator.
For international orders, please be aware that customs fees may apply, which are not the responsibility of Label It Labels. If you decide to return your order due to these fees, we will only be able to refund 50% of the original order value, excluding shipping costs.
Faults and Damages:
If your goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving and signing for the goods received. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the product, your full name, order number, and a full description of the damage/fault that has occurred.
Once we have assessed and approved your claim, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge. In some circumstances, we may require that the damaged/faulty item be returned to Label It Labels. This will be at no extra charge; however, if the goods are undamaged or not faulty upon receipt, we retain the right to charge the purchaser for the cost of postage and handling and a restocking fee.
Please note that Label It Labels is not responsible for damage that occurs to items during transit.
Cancellation and Changes to Orders:
Please take the time to select your labels and items carefully, as all orders are subject to customisation. Once you have committed to your purchase, we are unable to make changes. If we feel necessary, We will email you prior to printing to confirm spelling and font choices and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your choices.
