Política de reembolso

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy only applies to physical items and not labels. This is due to the custom nature of the labels we provide.

Please note that if you indicate your desire to return your items for one of the below reasons, if you are able to provide us with proof that your items have been returned via post (such as a tracking number, reciept or photograph) within 14 days of reception of your order, then we will cover/pay for the return shipping. If you return your items outside this 14 day timeframe, as long as the items are not defective or damaged, then we will not cover the return postage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at labelitlabels@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we can chat to you about options, as well as provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For exchange of items, we require items to be returned to us  before the exchanged items can be resent to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note that faulty or damaged items must be returned to us within 14 days of reception in order to be able to qualify for a refund/exchange. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically those items with labels applied pre-delivery and the labels themselves. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that to qualify for an exchange, physical items must be returned to us within 14 days. 

Refunds
If we approve a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
