How long will it take to receive my order?
Our current turnaround time for orders with labels is 2-3 weeks. After that, your order will be dispatched via Australia Post. Transit estimation times can be found on their website. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any delays that may occur during Australia Post's delivery process.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your order. We base our shipping prices on Australia Post's rates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally through Australia Post and their partnered couriers. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. For estimated delivery times, please refer to Australia Post's website. Please note that we DO NOT cover import/customs fees.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com to see if it's possible to modify your order before it has been processed.
What are your labels made from?
Our labels are made from premium vinyl and are all made to order. They are permanent and can be applied to almost any smooth and clean surface with ease.
Do you apply the labels for me?
While we do not apply labels to all products, we do offer application services for some items for an additional cost.
Are your labels easy to apply?
Our labels come with easy-to-follow instructions and are very easy to apply. It is recommended that you apply the labels within one week of receiving them to ensure the best results. We are not liable for any damages that may occur due to improper application, so please take your time when applying the labels.

What is your returns, refund and exchanges policy?
We strive to provide you with high-quality products and customer service. In the unlikely event that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy page for detailed information. We encourage you to read the policy carefully before making any purchases.
Are your products washable?
All our products are washable and are to be hand washed only unless specified otherwise on the product page. Products with labels are also hand washable in warm, soapy water. However, please note that our labels are not dishwasher-proof.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, ZipPay, AfterPay, and credit card payments.
