Returns and Refunds
When making a purchase, please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges if you change your mind.
There are no refunds on labels or items that have had labels pre-applied at your request.
Please note that refunded items are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Processing for a refund will occur within 7 days of Label it receiving the goods, provided they are received in original and prefect condition and in the original packaging, Customers are responsible for the postage costs to return the unwanted items.
A refund request MUST be received within 10 working days of receipt of the items. Items returned without a refund request will not be accepted.
We apologise but there is no refunds available to labels, or to items that you have requested we pre-apply labels prior to shipping.
We do not refund sale items or Gift Cards
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 days once processed for refund to reach some banks and credit facilitators.
Faults and Damages
If for some reason, your goods arrive damaged we will do everything we can to fix the issue as long as a claim is made within 24 hours of receiving and signing for the goods received. To notify us of the damage please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Receipt of a claim will be deemed as the date and time of the receipt of your email.
To confirm the damage we do require a photo of the product along with details of the fault, we also require your full name, order number and a full description of the damage/fault that has occurred.
Please note that if you do not advise us within 24 hours from receipt of delivery, we are unable to process any claims.
Although all claims will be considered Label it Labels cannot guarantee a refund if the purchaser is not able to satisfy all these requirements within a 24 hour period.
Once your claim has been assessed and approved we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge.
In some circumstances we will require that the damaged/faulty item be returned to Label it Labels. This will be at no extra charge, however if on upon receipt of the item, the goods are undamaged or not faulty Label it Labels retain the right to charge the purchaser for the cost of postage and handling and a restocking fee.
Label it Labels are not responsible for damage that occurs to items during transit.
Cancellation and changes to orders.
Please take the time to select your labels and items carefully as once you have committed to the purchase of Label it items, we are unable to make changes as all orders are subject to customisation.
We will take great care in overseeing your order and if we are unsure that your order is spelled incorrectly or the font is unsuitable for the items you have chosen, we will email you prior to printing to confirm with you and ensure you are completely satisfied with your choices.
